Thrive is an iOS productivity app that I designed and developed in 2019 as a side project. This is one of my apps that got featured by Apple in the US and 12 other countries and it also made it to #1 product of the day on Product Hunt. This app and several others were later acquired by a French company.
I've been thinking of ways to improve my productivity for many years so the core ideas of this app are the culmination of the lessons I learned and the project started with me trying to solve my own problems.
I started with some sketches and documents describing the concepts as well as some basic wireframes. I wanted to explain the concept to a few friends and colleagues so I can gather feedback early and make sure that the design I'd create later would be as accessible and easy to understand as possible.
Here are some of the concepts, wireframes and ideas I explored
I've been thinking of ways to improve my productivity for many years so the core ideas of this app are the culmination of the lessons I learned and the project started with me trying to solve my own problems.
Programming is only a hoby for me, though I am comfortable with Swift and JS, and I learned a lot doing these apps.
This has also made collaborating with engineers easier.
The app has been very well received with people going out of their way to write positive reviews and write me about how much it helped them or suggesting ideas and content. I've also used feedbear to allow users to vote on features. Prior to the sale, it sold 10.6k units.
Apple approached me about the possibility of featuring both Thrive and Grammar Fix in the US and 12 other countries and asked for graphics for the feature. The ended up being featured several times and it even briefly climbed to #2 in the Productivity category.
One of the more recent apps I designed and built is called Fit.AI - an ultra personalized fitness app that uses AI to generate workouts that take into account things like injuries, equipment available and even preferences from the user.
The app's promo cover
The home page, workout page and streak page
Users can work out in 4-week cycles and chat with the AI
The app uses gamification to keep users engaged
The complete paywall flow
Users can compete with their friends and receive updates
Solid Diary is a privacy focused, AI assisted diary. Users can unlock additional insights from the AI, stay motivated with several gamification features, customise the app with themes and custom icons, add unlimited attachments and voice recordings, and so much more.

The app supports 2 dark themes and 2 light themes
Before building Thrive, I had an idea for an app that would help people understand and avoid the most common grammar mistakes in a way that is friendly and accessible. This app is called Grammar Fix and it was also featured alongside Thrive.
Try on App StoreGrammar Fix achieved 49.5k downloads and 2.4k ratings with an average rating of 4.8 (if you're outside the US or viewing from a laptop browser, you will only see local ratings)
